Project Management Officer (Portfolio Manager)

Project Management Officer

Job responsibilities:

• Organizes and manages projects portfolio along with all necessary documentation;
• Regular review and optimization of portfolio management processes;
• Regular projects status follow-up (Schedule, Budget, Risks, Issues and alerts) - collection of information and preparation of reporting for Bank and Group management;
• Organization and guarantee for actual information in Jira;
• Organization and facilitation of regular committees related to Projects Portfolio Status and prioritization;
• Manages the process of prioritization of the IT resources for Projects;
• Ad-hoc reports;
• Supports the Project managers with providing a guidance, templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in project management practices in accordance with applied project management methodology.

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

• Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or other related field;
• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Profound experience with Excel and Power Point;
• Analytical skills, innovative thinking, project approach;
• Presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
