ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
As a Channel Marketing Activation Executive, you will play a key role in translating national marketing strategies into customer-focused in-store activation plans. Reporting to the National Channel Marketing Manager At Home, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored campaigns within selected retail customers to enhance brand presence and drive business results. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, and Coca-Cola System partners, acting as the main owner of marketing activation plans at customer level. This is a dynamic role that blends analytical rigor, creative thinking, and strong execution skills to maximize value in the Retail Channel.
YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Marketing Strategy & Execution
Translate national BTL marketing plans into tailored in-store activation strategies by channel and customer.
Lead end-to-end execution of customer campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and customer calendars.
Track performance of activations, analyze results, and adjust plans to drive business impact.
Provide operational support for key marketing activations, including special events and seasonal campaigns.
Budget & Agency Management
Own and manage the annual DME budget for assigned customer activations.
Lead relationships with BTL agencies to ensure timely and quality campaign execution.
Ensure efficiency in agency operations and marketing investments.
X-functional Collaboration
Partner with Key Account Managers to co-create and execute joint activation plans.
Ensure alignment and coordination across Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
Act as the voice of the customer within internal planning processes, driving customer-centricity.
Channel Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement the annual Picture of Success for each channel.
Guide consistent in-store execution through tools, KPIs, and sales team support.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in customer/trade marketing or FMCG sales.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Commercial thinking and agility in fast-paced environments.
