KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

FICOSOTA is a fast-growing company, a manufacturer of home and personal care products and snack food. Already well presented on many markets worldwide, our company works hard to offer customers high quality products, effective decisions, and excellent results! Ficosota is now searching for its Key Account Manager for Online Sales, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

They will be responsible in planning, negotiating, evaluating and executing sales and marketing plans and strategies in order to develop online sales of Ficosota manufactured products.

The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develops commercial policy, price positioning, performance and KPIs, when entering new markets
  • Processes and analyzes sales information and promotional KPIs to achieve planned sales
  • Seeks out and evaluates new business opportunities in various customers, markets
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with our online customers/ e-commerce
  • Manage National Accounts customers’ business development in line with company’s values and strategies
  • Proactively identify business growth opportunities for Ficosota brands
  • Build and lead the execution of sales and marketing plans by customer
  • Analyze the efficiency of promotional activities and return on investment in respective customer.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Online Sales
  • University degree – Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Experience in FMCG sector or entrepreneurial experience is considered a plus!
  • Strong leadership and a “Can Do” attitude
  • Ability to analyze and draw result-oriented conclusions
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Computer skills
  • Clean driving license.
