As Sport Vision Category Sales Manager you will be implementing sales process for relevant brands and categories, which is aligned with market trends, aimed at positioning, and improving company through spreading the net and sustainable development of all sales channels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies, and operational initiatives, aligned with Group strategic direction, adapting them to local market dynamics and consumer behaviours.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's eCommerce presence and market share, collaborating with Group teams to leverage synergies and maximize growth potential.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, markup and other relevant KPIs, to evaluate the online store's performance and drive continuous improvement in line with central objectives.
• Lead and mentor local eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and fostering a collaborative culture to achieve eCommerce objectives effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Group sectors/departments, including marketing, sales, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce initiatives with overall business operations and strategic priorities.
• Continuous work on improvement of the online shopping experience together with other eCommerce teams as well as with all relevant stakeholders within Sport Vision group.
• Responsible for eCommerce P&L

Required knowledge and skills:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce. Additional certifications or specialized trainings in eCommerce management, strategic leadership, or business development is advantageous.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in eCommerce leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing eCommerce operations effectively in B2C companies.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce principles, including online retailing, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and methodologies for monitoring and analysing eCommerce performance metrics.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and business development, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving eCommerce objectives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with eCommerce regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• eCommerce strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
