We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple restaurant locations. The Regional Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating operations in their assigned region, setting clear goals and objectives to optimize restaurant performance and profitability. He is responsible for achieving short- and long-term sales and profit targets by developing teams and improving operational processes. His primary role is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, profitability, and food safety, as well as to guarantee strict adherence to Burger King brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review daily reports, audits, and inventory discrepancies for each location; take corrective actions when necessary and report to senior management; Monitor and verify daily attendance records and ensure proper completion of documentation; Ensure all operational and compliance documents are properly maintained and up to date, including health and safety documentation; Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper execution of workplace and periodic safety trainings; Perform monthly checks of compliance documentation across all locations; Participate in weekly and monthly audits, including cash control and inventory checks; prepare and submit reports; Review and approve staff schedules monthly, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies; Oversee employee training and certification processes; Collaborate with HR and Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to ensure optimal staffing levels; Participate in recruitment and interview processes when needed; Develop action plans following internal audits and customer feedback reviews; Attend operational meetings across locations; Act as a backup for Restaurant General Managers during their absence; Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (customer service, food safety, brand standards, cost control) and implement improvements; Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and teamwork; Support the development and growth of restaurant management teams; Performs other assigned tasks related to the business.

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-site restaurant or retail management; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Proficiency in English Language; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Good knowledge of labor regulations and operational standards.
