We are expanding our team and looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, or consulting, ideally within technology solutions or system integration.

With a team of experts dedicated to excellence, we are committed to providing exceptional pre-sales support that helps our clients achieve their objectives while ensuring a smooth transition from concept to implementation. If you have what it takes to work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and demonstrate product capabilities—while building trust and providing high-quality support to clients throughout the sales process—then we’d be happy to have you as our next colleague.

Responsibilities: · Develop and design end-to-end technical solutions that integrate multiple systems, platforms, and software solutions based on client specifications. · Conduct technical assessments to determine compatibility, scalability, and security considerations of proposed integrated solutions. · Customize product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to show the feasibility and performance of the integrated solutions. · Partner with sales teams to interpret client needs, translating them into technical requirements and actionable solutions. · Prepare responses to RFPs/RFIs, detailing how proposed integrations will work within the client’s current or planned infrastructure. · Act as a technical advisor, helping clients understand the benefits and potential challenges of integrating different systems. · Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards to provide innovative solutions. · Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of solutions with project objectives and timelines. · Provide project handovers that include detailed technical documentation and integration requirements for implementation teams. · Develop detailed technical documentation outlining integration workflows, data flows, and troubleshooting guidelines. · Provide training sessions for sales and technical teams on new integration capabilities and products.

Your background:

· University education in the field of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting, preferably in ICT. · Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, IoT architectures and network security, · Familiarity with network security protocols, VPN technologies, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM · Understanding of encryption technologies, authentication methods, and access control. · Technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills and client-oriented approach to customers and engineers · Excellent in English and Bulgarian (both written and verbal) · Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges · Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive personality · Team-player

A significant advantage would be: · Any Vendor specific Certification, such as Cisco, Fortinet, IBM, · Presentation skills. · Experience with the Public Procurement Act
