We are looking for: IT Operations and Monitoring Expert in Varna

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and periodic operational tasks related to processing in the core banking system and associated satellite systems, working on a 24/7 shift schedule, and communicate with the next level of support.
• Continuously monitor and control assigned information systems and applications on a 24/7 shift basis.
• Perform daily and periodic procedures related to proactive diagnostics of critical IT systems.
• Timely identify, log, and escalate incidents and assist in their resolution.
• Initiate and manage incident resolution procedures at first-level support.
• Perform first-level Service Desk functions outside regular working hours, in accordance with procedures for providing employee support.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary specialized education;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Basic knowledge of various operating systems;
• Ability to work with application systems operating on different platforms;
• Teamwork skills, good communication, and responsiveness;
• Psychological and behavioral stability under stress;
• Attention to detail;
• Diagnostic skills;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Discipline;
• Experience with SQL queries.

Advantages:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a banking environment.
• Technologies: Oracle SQL, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Azure Cloud, Zabbix, Dynatrace.
