For our global IT department at our location in Marica or Ochsenhausen we are looking for an IT Business Solution Analyst. Уou will be part of a world leader in the production of refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities

• Designing new and further developing existing IT solutions in line with the company and IT strategy
• Further development and support of company-wide implementation, migration, and rollout projects in collaboration with specialist departments and external service providers
• Ensuring relevant business processes through the efficient use of applications, technologies, and interfaces
• Supporting the specialist departments in 2nd-level support through consulting, analysis, and troubleshooting

Competencies

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, information technology, information management, or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
• Professional experience as an ERP and process consultant would be an advantage
• Competence in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Team player with flexibility and a structured working approach
• Independent and solution-oriented mindset and actions
