Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and define client’s business requirements;
• Interpret complex information and structures, such as regulations and client landscapes;
• Implement business-driven changes within calculation models and client-specific configurations;
• Analyze the impact of changes on software functionality and calculations;
• Support clients and internal teams with product related questions;
• Guide development and testing teams throughout the implementation process to ensure accurate translation of requirements.
• Provide support to clients and internal teams by answering product-related questions and resolving issues.

• Continuously improve to enhance efficiency and to streamline our processes; anticipate client needs and suggest additional functionality that can improve the services;
• Participate in occasional travel within Europe for on-site client visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a software or tech-driven environment;
• Proven experience in a client-facing role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong communication skills – ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and accurately, with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Perseverance and analytical thinking to effectively resolve complex challenges;
• Experience writing clear, structured technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders;
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and visual models (e.g., UML use case diagrams);
• Familiarity with software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred);
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and support continuous improvement;
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with willingness to take ownership and the ability to stay composed under pressure;
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
