To create memorable moments for our Executive Lounge guests, we are currently seeking a passionate and service-driven Executive Lounge Host/ess to join our team.

What is the role?

As an Executive Lounge Host/ess, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, seamless and personalized experience for our executive guests. You will be responsible for creating lasting first impressions and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming guests to the Executive Lounge and understanding their dining and comfort needs
• Seating guests and ensuring a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere
• Proactively engaging with guests to understand and exceed their expectations
• Handling guest enquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Setting up the Executive Lounge for breakfast, lunch, and evening happy hour in line with Hilton standards and maintaining highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring all guest supplies and amenities are consistently replenished to the highest standards
• Staying up to date with hotel services, VIP requests and special events
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of local attractions, landmarks and points of interest
• Maintaining a professional appearance and approach with a strong focus on hospitality
• Complying with hotel security, fire, health and safety regulations
• Performing additional tasks as instructed by the Lounge Supervisor or Manager

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English
• Flexibility to work shifts
