Sofia Implant is a niche company specialized in dental surgery, delivering best-in-class service through its implant-focused clinics in Sofia. Our team of professionals serves a wide portfolio of international Patients and is committed to creating exceptional medical and hospitality experiences.

The Patient Relations Specialist is a key role in the Clinic and plays a central part in shaping the first and lasting impression of our Patients.

We are looking for a professional who will welcome our Patients at the Reception desk, guide them through their journey in the Clinic and ensure a smooth, comfortable and premium experience from arrival to departure.

What is the role about?

As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will combine front-desk responsibilities with high-level patient care coordination.

You will be the first point of contact for our Patients at the Reception, welcoming them upon arrival, coordinating their appointments with medical teams and guiding them through the clinic processes and treatment plans.

You will collaborate closely with the Reception team, Drivers, Medical staff and Operations Manager to ensure every Patient receives seamless service and personal attention.

If you have experience in hospitality, call center, clinic or hotel environments and are familiar with bookings, schedules, payment procedures and customer communication, we would be happy to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver flawless, upscale and professional Patient service experiences at the Reception and throughout their stay ;

Welcome Patients upon arrival and coordinate their appointments with assigned medical teams;

Monitor daily schedules, cancellations and changes in the system ;

Oversee check-out procedures including financial transactions (deposits and payments) ;

Respond promptly to Patients’ requests (medical tests, hotel changes, luggage storage, etc.) ;

Actively listen to and resolve Patients’ concerns and complaints ;

Ensure VIPs, elderly, disabled and children receive personalized care ;

Act as a communication bridge between Patients and medical, sales and administrative teams ;

Collect and analyze Patients’ feedback to continuously improve service quality;

Requirements:

Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, call center or similar role is an advantage ;

Excellent command of English; German is a strong plus ;

Outstanding communication and active listening skills ;

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ;

Sense of responsibility and professional appearance ;

Ability to work in a dynamic and patient-oriented environment ;

Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or similar field is an advantage ;
