Due to continued growth, Benamic is looking for a Business Development Manager, to build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, both existing and new, focusing on the DACH region.

· Take ownership of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL's), from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals · Identify new business leads and contact prospective key clients to promote products and services · Manage large, complex and highly visible strategic accounts across EMEA with a focus on the DACH region · Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business development, while expanding existing accounts · Focus on value-based selling, revenue growth within existing business, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data · Drive significant coordination across various teams internally - marketing, design, development, operations and finance · Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals · Maintain assigned key accounts and provide ongoing client support · Develop and implement client relationship management strategies · Communicate with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction. · Recommend and implement improvements to the management of key client relationships · Handle client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems · Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions

Requirements · Fluent German and English essential · Third level qualification in a relevant industry · 3 years+ B2B sales experience with multi-market exposure · 1-2 years B2B sales experience within DACH · Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets · Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships · Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed · Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for key accounts · Excellent at leveraging C-level and other senior relationships · Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualise deal strategy · Ability to negotiate complex deals · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals · Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales analytics · Experience in SAAS sales an advantage
