For one of our clients – well-known company offering services in various fields. We are looking for bright, adaptable and team-oriented people for the role of Customer Experience Specialist with Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English.

For one of our clients – well-known company offering services in various fields. We are looking for bright, adaptable and team-oriented people for the role of Customer Experience Specialist with Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Addressing diverse customers’ requests through email, phone, and chat;
- Resolving issues, providing guidance throughout the resolution process;
- Offering information and advice regarding the company's products and services;
- Maintaining accurate and current records of all customer interactions;
- Ensuring an enjoyable experience and prioritizing customer satisfaction;
- Collaborating with colleagues and offering assistance and advice when needed.
Requirements:
- Great spoken and written skills Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English;
- Customer-oriented and capable communicator;
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment;
- Solid PC user skills and team-player attitude;
- Prior experience in customer support is desired;
- Organized with efficient time management skills.
