We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping both our employer branding and business communication strategies, contributing to Pontica’s positioning, engagement, and brand presence across multiple channels.

What you will do in this role:

• Support the development and execution of integrated communication strategies, aligned with company goals.
• Own the creation, publishing and management of content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok).
• Create engaging and high-quality business content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership materials.
• Contribute to the creation of employer branding content across various formats and channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to transform ideas into impactful communication.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data, insights, and trends.

What skills are needed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to analyze social media performance data and continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Familiarity with content marketing tools, analytics platforms, and task management tools.
• Curious, creative, and eager to learn and understand the business in depth.
