Currently we are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist in our Varna offices. The Social Media Specialist will be a member of the Communications team and will contribute to all myPOS social-media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The right person will help grow and improve our online presence across all myPOS channels and markets.

The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, a strong interest in storytelling, solid project-management skills and a desire to learn.

Your challenges will be:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends and practices.

Develop all forms of content, including content calendars. Research and write for all social channels and the myPOS blog

Have a chance to contribute to the overall communications strategy and goals

Run special projects related to social media such as brand ambassador programs, video production and influencer projects

Schedule social media copy, images and videos across multiple platforms and perform quality checks

Run, optimize, monitor and report social campaigns

Identify social buzz and ideate content that will support key social KPIs

Regularly perform social media listening and maintain the brand’s online reputation

Help uphold quality standards by proofreading and fact-checking copy, reviewing visual assets, adjusting existing marketing materials to use on social media, etc.

Your Profile:

Excellent English and Bulgarian – both verbal and written

2+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketer or a similar role. Proven record managing social media brand pages

Experience running, optimizing and measuring social campaigns (both paid and organic)

Understanding of social media management tools and graphic platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Canva

The ability and vision to define day-to-day tasks, while keeping focus on larger goals

A team player with ambition to learn, build new skills and grow professionally
