As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply chain, to improve forecasting accuracy and enhance our overall supply chain effectiveness.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand, ensuring that our company’s inventory levels meet market needs efficiently. As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply chain, to improve forecasting accuracy and enhance our overall supply chain effectiveness.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key role in strategic yearly sales volume preparation as part of the Business Planning (Budgeting) process and official and non-official rolling estimates;
- Monitor demand fluctuations and adjust forecasts to ensure Weekly/Monthly forecast accuracy by SKU;
- Analyze historical sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts for CCHBC portfolio;
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain departments to align demand plans with promotional activities and product launches;
- Leads weekly cross-functional Sales & Operations routines;
- Presents monthly estimation proposal to Senior Management team;
- Participates in Promo planning in collaboration with Marketing department.
- Experience in forecasting, reporting or business analysis is advantage;
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
- Enjoys working with large amount of data;
- Passionate and energetic personality able to influence;
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other business related field;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel functionalities, ERP Systems.
