We, at Cargotec, are looking for an HR Trainee who will be responsible for delivering HR administration services in line with managers' needs and expectations.

The position is part or full-time, with an option for 6 or 8 working hours per day.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Execute HR processes to deliver HR data administration services in a consistent and efficient way
• Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams
• Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with the respective mentor in the team
• Ensure internal stakeholders are satisfied and maintain a positive brand image for the Cargotec Business Services (CBS)
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in company systems
• Be part of building up the HTR area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in the last years of studies
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• Team player
• Demonstrate an attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work.
