You are the right match if you:
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar analytical role within the FMCG sector
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience working with data and forecasting models
- Have hands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock management
- Understand supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and logistics
- Are fully proficient in MS Office and digital tools that support sales excellence
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business inputs
- Analyse forecast accuracy and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales, proposing improvements
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans
- Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
- Optimize inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations
- Monitor key KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses
- Support the implementation and improvement of planning tools and processes
- Contribute to increasing overall supply chain efficiency
