As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Demand Planner to contribute to our future success.

You are the right match if you:

• Have at least 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar analytical role within the FMCG sector
• Possess strong analytical skills and experience working with data and forecasting models
• Have hands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock management
• Understand supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and logistics
• Are fully proficient in MS Office and digital tools that support sales excellence

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business inputs
• Analyse forecast accuracy and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales, proposing improvements
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans
• Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
• Optimize inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations
• Monitor key KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses
• Support the implementation and improvement of planning tools and processes
• Contribute to increasing overall supply chain efficiency
