We are looking for an experienced Project Manager skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex initiatives that may span both iterative and sequential delivery approaches. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery—balancing flexibility with structure—to ensure successful outcomes that align with business goals, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, depending on project scope and context.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Ensure that project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are met according to quality standards.
• Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate handoffs between Agile and traditional workstreams.

Agile Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals.

Waterfall Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project schedules using traditional tools such as Gantt charts and milestone tracking.
• Monitor progress against baseline plans and manage changes through formal change control.
• Prepare detailed documentation including project charters, business cases, and status reports.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and deployment in structured release phases.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Present progress reports and project updates to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Balance competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality.
