Site IT Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the IT local services under supervision of the corporate IT team and regional IT Manager.
• Implement and operate the technical solutions.
• Apply the procedures defined by the Corporate IT team.
• Apply the corporate IT operational processes and quality policy (including KPI follow-up).
• Support local users for IT.
• Promote awareness programs on IT threats and security best practices.
• Record the local IT needs and report them to the Corporate IT Department.
• Manage and maintain in operational condition the local IT infrastructures and servers.
• Report on a weekly basis to the Corporate IT team.
• Publish local KPI and Dashboard.
• Operate under direct management of site Top Management and Regional IT Manager.
• Maintain in working order the IT facilities.
• Organize logistics and procurement of all due IT equipments for users.
• Supervise in operational conditions the local infrastructure equipments:
• Industrial IT equipments
• Computers, laptops, screen, printing system, peripherals
• Network
• Servers, NAS, backup system
• Telephony (fix and mobile)
• Software and applications
• Install and configure local equipments and softwares.
• Help the local users with the corporate IT Support.

Requirements:

• University level, IT Technical diploma.
• Mastering of English.
• French language will be considered as an advantage.
• Proven IT experience within an industrial company (aeronautics area would be great)
• General knowledge in system and computer assets administration (Windows, Linux, VMware).
• General knowledge of network administration (Cisco).
• Maintenance skills for servers, computers, laptops, mobile devices and network.
• User support experience (ITIL knowledge or mastering would be great).
• Suppliers and service management experience.
• Work in an international context with foreign central supervision.
• Ability to work under direct top management supervision.
• Ability to work closely with the site managers and colleagues (part of them will be French expatriates).
• Rigorous, methodological, will to work in a team, good relationship skills.
• Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions).
• Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift).
• Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem.
• Open attitude to intercultural exchange (French-Brazil).
• Ability to build external networks/relations with "IT services" stakeholders.
• Ability to priorize tasks and sollicitate central help from the Corporate IT Department.
• Consciousness, high-working capacity, creativity, proposals maker.
• Ability to take in charge activities locally on one’s own while being part of a greater remote team.
• Ability to carry out the basic tasks of the job simultaneously and define medium-to-long-term vision for the site.
• Ability to escalate problems with objective analysis of the situation.
