EDI SUPPLIER ONBOARDING AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, provide training materials, and work with internal teams and external partners. You will handle supplier communication, respond to inquiries, and keep contact data accurate. The role involves assisting with go-live testing, recording results, and supporting error analysis. You will also help improve processes and participate in internal meetings to refine onboarding workflows.

Main requirements:
- Higher education in Business, Logistics, IT, or a similar area;
- Familiarity with supply chain operations or electronic data exchange (EDI) concepts;
- Previous exposure to ERP software (pref. SAP and MM module) and JIRA;
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
- Very organized person who can prioritize effectively and handle multiple responsibilities independently;
- Strong communication style with a helpful, customer-focused attitude;
- Eagerness to learn, explore and understand technical systems and integration processes;
- Very good command of English (B2 – C1 level) is mandatory. Knowledge of German (B1-B2 level) will be an advantage.
