TECHNICAL QUALITY ENGINEER LAB

Responsibilities:

Manage laboratory activities

• Use of Latecoere software for follow up ITE, test results and procedures;
• Perform special test according ISO – Salt-spray, paint adhesive, mechanical tests
• Collaboration between all Latecoere laboratories
• Manage accreditation of laboratory for all test methods – working with external laboratories, PTP site, Airbus and other Customers;
• Help in Root cause analysis for internal and external issues;

Read, analyse and implement requirements from customer (ISO, ADET and AIPS standards) Communication with all department in Latecoere

• Use of Latecoere software for recording;
• Inspect and support qualification team for official record in data base;

Defines the approach to controlling manufacturing processes and tests within LATECOERE BULGARIA

• Validates all technical and quality-related documentation within his/her scope
• Report to LBG Technical Quality engineer supervisor;
• Represents the ITE management system during internal/external audits;
• Performs tasks assigned by the Lab & Technical quality supervisor depending on manufacturing and delivery needs;

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree – minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial quality;
• Familiar with, applies and ensures application of the Company rules: Methods, Production Management, Quality, Safety, Labour regulations, Environmental regulations, Prevention;
• Familiar with aeronautics standards;
• Familiar with operator qualification processes;
• Familiar with test inspector recognition processes;
• Familiar with methods used to resolve problems and find root causes;
• Very good command of English. Reading and interpretation of technical documentation is essential;
• Ability to manage different topic in a same day;
• Pro-active and motivated to learn;
• Communication with team in all Latecoere Group;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to act on own initiative;
• Customer-centred (internal and external customers);
• Organised / methodical;
• Problem-solving ability and responsibility;
• Rigorous / quality (compliance with standards).
