The Role

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in system design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases (Postgres) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with LLM models, knowledge bases, and vector databases.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (RBAC, JWT).
• Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• 2+ years experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Golang and/or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n).
• Experience with NoSQL databases and caching systems (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with scalable architectures and modern backend patterns.
• Understanding of system design, performance optimization, and best practices.
