We're looking for a Regional Field Aftersales Engineer for Home Comfort to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The Regional Field Aftersales Engineer position is a mainly field role and is responsible for all regional aspects and daily functions of their assigned territory. This position supports the necessary business and product metrics required to meet the company's goals and objectives. The position will be responsible for: aftersales/service/commissioning program, troubleshooting, spare parts, technical training for customers and internals, national skills certification exams, etc.

• Provides technical support to the Field Sales & Service organization
• Answers and responds to product application, installation, equipment capabilities, key requirements and service questions
• Troubleshoots system failures via information from service technicians
• Manage and organize product technical training for customers, distributors and employees
• Assists in developing annual department budget and endures to deliver all milestones within agreed budget and time
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and company policies
• Support the development of service improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous process optimization

Additional Information This position is eligible for a company car, laptop and mobile phone

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• 5+ year HVAC systems in Residential and Light Commercial sector required
• Strong technical knowledge of heating, cooling, and air conditioning system components and operations
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment
• Critical thinking and problem solving of technical problems, outstanding organizational skills
• Proficiency in managing multi-task projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent English in written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
