We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our team as a Specialist Financial Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare various monthly reports and perform calculations related to month-end closing.
• Generate standard reports and financial analyses to support management decision-making.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting processes.
• Monitor budget execution and analyze deviations from financial targets.
• Maintain and update financial systems, including SAP BW and Cognos Controller.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company and personal data.
• Uphold company values through loyalty, discretion, and professional conduct.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Controlling or company management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar financial role;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
• Working-level command of English (written and spoken);
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards relevant to the role.
