We are currently looking for an energetic, positive, and proactive professional to join our team as an EXPERT MARKETING SPECIALIST OTC. This role is part of our Exclusive Representation department and is dedicated to supporting the Haleon product portfolio (formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare). You will contribute to expert marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals, helping drive awareness and positioning of OTC products through strategic communication, collaboration, and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs);
• Create scientifically grounded content and expert marketing materials for the OTC portfolio;
• Analyze and monitor the performance of marketing activities to ensure optimization and impact;
• Research market trends, competitor dynamics, and professional audience attitudes;
• Communicate daily with local Health Care Professionals and relevant organizations, KOLs, Field force team, Marketing team, Regulatory department and other;
• Play an active role in launching new products through awareness campaigns and participation in training initiatives;
• Organize events and product presentations tailored for medical and pharmaceutical professionals;
• Manage project budgets and oversee the ordering and distribution process for product samples.

Requirements:

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy оr relevant is strongly preferred;
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical marketing is a significant advantage;
• Ability to work with medical and scientific content, and present it clearly to healthcare professionals;
• Project management and organizational skills;
• Experience in event planning and collaboration with external partners or vendors;
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in pharmaceutical communication is an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Fluency in English.
