For one of our clients - a Leading Pharmaceutical Company, we are looking for a professional to assume the mission of BRAND LEAD!
Their mission is to drive the full lifecycle and portfolio success of assigned pharmaceutical brands by leading strategic and operational marketing excellence, ensuring aligned cross-functional execution, effective go-to-market models, and strong engagement with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific societies to achieve sustainable growth in line with global and local objectives.
Their mission is to drive the full lifecycle and portfolio success of assigned pharmaceutical brands by leading strategic and operational marketing excellence, ensuring aligned cross-functional execution, effective go-to-market models, and strong engagement with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific societies to achieve sustainable growth in line with global and local objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Owner of product life cycle management for the assigned product line(s)
- Portfolio management, including product launches
- Strategic, tactical and operational guidance in accordance with global and local vision and objectives
- Comprehensive marketing planning, budgeting and monitoring
- Extensive and deep interactions with other functions (DTC, regulatory, logistics, medical, PV, etc.) to ensure smooth and transparent process flow and execution
- Ensure resources and tools are in place to execute the selected go to market model (specialists, DTC, pharmacies, etc.)
- Ensure medical/sales Field Force is trained and well prepared for execution
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and scientific societies network management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally original/research-based
- Higher education in either: medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, economics, marketing or other relevant
- Excellent computer skills in MS office
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex and specific information to different target groups
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to foresee trends, understand causes and propose actions
