Responsibilities

• Validate the acceptance criteria of all Change Requests before development to ensure they comprehensively cover the intended changes.
• Create detailed test cases to verify that Change Requests are correctly implemented and do not negatively impact other functionality.
• Maintain and regularly expand the automated test suite to ensure broad coverage of core product features.
• Add automated tests for every approved Change Request.
• Investigate and evaluate bugs reported by customers (via the Customer Success Team), analyze how these were released unnoticed, and ensure fixed bugs are thoroughly tested and covered by new automated tests.
• Review the quality and completeness of release notes for all changes (as applicable per product line).
• Approve the quality of a new release once the required percentage of tests have passed.
• For larger projects, provide structured but concise reports on QA progress, bottlenecks, and projected timelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education, preferably with a focus on IT or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in technology and software quality assurance.
• Precise, structured work style and attention to detail.
• Commitment to following company processes and quality standards.
• Ability to document and communicate test results clearly.
• A creative and critical mindset with a passion for “breaking” software to identify flaws.
• Practical IT skills; familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SQL and Cypress or similar test automation frameworks.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in QA, including hands-on test automation and project-level reporting.
