We're assisting them in growing their Engineering team and seeking an IT professional to hold the position of:
Service Desk and Technical Support Specialist (Microsoft-oriented)
Some of your duties:
In this role, you will provide technical support to the end-users in the Sofia office, including endpoint management with InTune, MECM, and JAMF platforms, deployment and configuration of laptops, printers and mobile devices, Windows 365 and remote connectivity tools.

Some of your duties:

Essential requirements for the position:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Service Desk Specialist, Technical /IT Support Specialist, Microsoft System Engineer other relevant role;
- Some experience with MECM, Intune, and JAMF platforms;
- Experience in support of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM);
- Experience in configuring, deployment and support of MS Windows 365
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
