To support our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and proactive Finance Associate or Senior Finance Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain deep exposure to international markets, work closely with company founders, and grow your career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Associate, you will:
Support new product launches and optimization initiatives through financial and market analysisAssist in pricing strategies by monitoring trends and conducting competitive analysis in dynamic marketsGenerate reports using internal and external tools based on specific data sets and requestsEnsure data accuracy, validate report outputs, and extract actionable insights for decision-makingContribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departmentsProvide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business decisions, project development, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with senior management and other teams on special projects and new initiatives
For Senior Finance Associate (in addition to the above):
Lead more complex financial analysis and modeling projectsTake ownership of specific initiatives, such as pricing strategies, market entry evaluations, or product portfolio reviewsSupport and mentor junior team members in developing their analytical skillsCollaborate directly with senior management on strategic financial decision-making and business planning
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who bring a strong analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a passion for growth:
For Finance Associate:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong Excel and data analysis skillsFluency in English1–3 years of relevant experience (e.g., in financial analysis, business analysis, audit, or related roles)Problem-solving, can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills
For Senior Finance Associate:
3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, or a similar roleProven ability to manage complex projects independentlyAdvanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, or financial modelling is a plusExperience working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decisionsStrong organizational and mentoring skills
Foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are an advantage but not a requirement.
