Business Analyst (Finance Focus)

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements.

Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:

• Analyze financial data, budgets, and cost structures to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget tracking systems.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support budget planning cycles and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and DevOps teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile – A Visionary Beyond Limits:

• 2+ years experience in business analysis or financial analysis
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economy
• SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Claude Code is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
• Database design and data modeling interests
• Knowledge of budgeting methodologies and cost accounting
