As Senior IT Project Manager, reporting to the Project Portfolio Manager, this role leads the IT workstream within a project team delivering logistics solutions for global clients across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Delivering fully configured, tested IT systems on tight schedules.Managing and coordinating IT teams, including WMS, TMS, OMS specialists, integration technicians, analysts, and testers.Collaborating with client IT teams and partners to meet milestones and requirements.Controlling the IT budget, approving expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.Overseeing IT governance, compliance, risk management, and reporting.Working remotely and on-site across European warehouse locations as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Project management in Logistics or related environment, working on the deployment of operational systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, etc).Delivering logistics IT systems to time, budget and quality.Detailed budget management / control particularly in relation to professional services and hardware purchase.

Skills:

Project & Resource Management: Strong project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.IT & Logistics Expertise: Knowledge of IT systems, solutions, and logistics business processes.Risk & Issue Management: Experience in documentation, action tracking, reporting, and decision-making.Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to work with all management levels while ensuring customer satisfaction.
