What You’ll Be Doing:

Logging, resolving, providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues Actively gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of services and processes Communication with international enterprise customers Working directly with staff in operations, quality assurance, engineering and product management to resolve issues and develop product enhancements Keeping up to date with all product changes and features

Skills and Experience Required:

Work experience in a related role Strong problem solving, teamwork, and time management skills Highly customer-focused, analytical thinker who can quickly assess and identify customer needs Initiative for continued learning and willingness to accept new challenges Strong Portuguese and English languages knowledge
