Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 18 months in Supply Chain or a related field. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and comprehensive understanding of supply chain management. Procurement Skills: Strong grasp of the procure-to-pay process, task management systems, ERP, and BI software. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in English, additional proficiency in either French, Italian, or Spanish is not a must, but would be considered of advantage

Your Responsibilities:

Process Efficiency: Oversee the effectiveness of the pay process, ensuring alignment with commercial criteria such as pricing, delivery time, and payment terms. Supplier Management: Manage daily interactions with suppliers, including order processing, communication of demand changes, issue resolution, and follow-up on backorders. Order Management: Ensure all purchase orders comply with company standards and contractual terms. Supplier Evaluation: Prepare evaluations of suppliers, including engagement, selection, and order verification. Compliance: Ensure internal customers adhere to contracts and preferred suppliers, conducting periodic audits of automated Purchase Orders. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on non-compliance, meeting agreed SLA and KPI targets.
