Main activities and responsibilities:

Creating quality calculations and schedules, as well as inspection concepts/instructions, control charts, production control plans; Reviewing and evaluating customer requirements (e.g., PPM, specifications, tests, etc.); Responsible for the approval of the type and scope of re-qualification testing for purchased incoming materials and products from suppliers; Technical support for the start-up of production at the production site, evaluation of operators related to attributive control capability tests; Support for customer audits and process qualification; Release of samples, as well as training and instruction of QA employees; Technical support for supplier qualification; Handling of pre-production complaints, performing failure analysis and determining measures; Cooperation in FMEA for products and processes, as well as in feasibility assessments for new products and support in relocation activities; Contact person for internal interface partners (development, project management, production, purchasing, and logistics);

Requirements:

Engineering Bachelor degree; Experience related to Quality and production processes is required for at least 3 years; Knowledge in FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, VDA/AIAG, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, CSR and methodologies for quality; Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point etc.; Advanced command of English – verbal and written; Ability to work independently and set priorities.

Would be considered an advantage:

Experience in quality planning, SPC, measurement technology, risk analyses and desired quality methods, basic knowledge of electronic test equipment, basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes, including flow, layout and assembly and production equipment, advanced verbal communication skills, including group presentation, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors and employees, ability to prepare complex written reports and other documents, ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions, experience working with customers.
