The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 18 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

About the project:
Our client is developing the future of spending and collecting loyalty points or miles when shopping online. Thanks to them, members of participating loyalty programs can shop at their preferred online shops and pay for their purchases in points (or miles) or pay with cash and collect points towards their dream reward. An award-winning and innovative Marketing Payment technology solutions out of its development center to support the rapid customer growth in its various business lines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather, define and document business requirements.Contribute towards product definition and roadmap prioritization.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development.Collaborate with UI/UX designers throughout the design life cycle.Contribute towards solution architecture reviews along with product managers and solution architects.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the software meets business requirements and quality standards.Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Triage, liaise, and help troubleshoot customer (internal & external stakeholder) reported incidents, analyze root causes, and identify problem resolution.Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, nice to have experience in the fintech domain, with a strong understanding of online payments.Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, requirement elicitation, and flowcharting.Motivated, self-starter who can work independently.Benefits:
