On their behalf, we are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists with English.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
• Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions;
• Project a professional company image through phone;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English language
• Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
• Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers’ needs;
• Ability to work on shifts;
• Positive attitude and motivation;
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
