Responsibilities:

• Сo Responsible to create purchase orders and to achieve traceability until received in the warehouse;
• Builds strategic relationships with key suppliers that are tailored to the needs of the company;
• Works with suppliers to make sure key processes are operating in an efficient and cost effective manner;o Establishes a strong working relationship with internal and external suppliers;
• Ability to create a catch-up plan with the subcontractor;
• Carries out stock control (no overstocking of materials);
• Good communication with suppliers and other units/departments;
• Receives goods and services on time;
• Follow up KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) related to the Purchasing Department;
• Develops and monitors all purchasing procedures and policies in partnership with Operations, Production and Administration departments;
• Reports internally on supplier performance;
• Handles supply complaints and notices of quality deficiency;
• Deals with complaints relating to invoicing;
• Ensures the good application of internal company procedures;
• Complies with internal rules (conduct, security rules);
• Determines and monitors the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set by Line manager;
• Ensures that the objectives of the procurement linked to the relevant program are met;
• Ensures continuous improvement with regard to time, quality and Lean practices.

Requirements:

• University Education;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field (supply chain, purchasing);
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
• English language is mandatory;
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
• Familiar with ERP systems procurement module /SAP preferably/;
• Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
• Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
• Proactive problem solver;o A dynamic performer;
• Willing to learn;
• Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
