Job Responsibility

• Collaborating with other departments and business units provide financial insights and support decision-making processes across the organization
• Communicating financial results, insights, and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders
• Conducting detailed financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance identify trends, and provide info to support decision-making
• Preparing regular financial reports to provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance
• Costing industrially manufactured products as well as deviation analyses on production orders
• Working with production and logistics departments and local management to present and analyze production related KPIs
• Implement measures to improve relevant KPIs and processes in collaboration with business areas.
• Core functions in different Controlling areas
• Project Member for various projects linking different functions
• Information, planning, control and monitoring in the budget phase between the different departments & international locations

Qualification and skills

• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Data analysis and visualization tools
• Business performance measurement and KPIs
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and benchmarks
• Financial systems implementation and optimization
• Cost management and control
• Fluent English
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
