The role:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles and clients
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
- Leading client communication, understanding their hiring needs, and offering consultative support
- Writing engaging job ads and managing candidate pipelines
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the right cultural and skill fit
- Contributing to business development by identifying new client opportunities
- Collaborating with team members on shared projects, insights, and success stories
What you bring:
- Previous experience in consulting business and in roles related to sales and/or recruitment
- A genuine interest in connecting people with meaningful career opportunities
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Motivation to meet goals and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment
