Due to an expansion of one of the teams, we are helping them to recruit an experienced and motivated IT professional to hold the position of a:

DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Your responsibilities will include desktop operational systems engineering, which includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Windows systems, Office 365 suite, Intune, and Active Directory.

Essential Requirements for the role:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Windows System Administrator, or other relevant role;
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune, Edge/Chrome, Office 365, and Active Directory;
• Experience with Citrix CVAD, XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer/VMware ESX, and other virtual/remote desktop & application platforms;
• Experience with Splunk;
• Knowledge of protocols, Windows networks, and networking security;
• Troubleshooting skills;
• Fluency in English - both written and verbal;

The following will be considered advantages but are not mandatory:

• Scripting skills with VBScript, PowerShell, WMI & ADSI with VB/J;
• Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation or SAFe v6.
