Program Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Pilots the Quality performance of one or several complete programs (To Communicateand Coordinate internal network and Supply chain).
• Guarantee the implementation of quality requirements from customer and from programs in "Latecoere Bulgaria" and the Supply Chain concerned.
• Understand and check the implementation of customer quality requirements.
• Define and implement the quality documentation of the program concerned.
• Manage MRB (Material Review Board) Quality task of the program.
• Pilot the LAI and FAI in order to allow delivering the first parts transferred or modified.
• Support the production through documentation approval for survey and/or out of process.
• Manage improvement action plans and quality efficiency of programs for product customers and authorities customers Quality Improvement Plan QIP).
• Customer quality interface for all Quality topics regarding the dedicated programs. Management of customer claims (Analyze, pilot action plans, 8D/QRQC managementand approval for customer).
• Management of customer audit (Product, Process IPCA).
• Consult any technical issues and assure proper solutions;
• Ensure continuous risk analysis and update of related documentation;
• Define short-, middle- and long term quality improvement plan and pilots it`s deployment and execution;
• Ensures communication requiremetns - related topics: customer claims. Improvements, risk mitigation, etc.;
• Leads internal NC management and NC related with the customer, through the available methods – documentation, SAP, ERP, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Technology in industrial production management or similar specialty, bachelor's degree;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in industrial quality control
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality system will be a great advantage;
• Experience in internal audit or client audit;
• Ability to work under pressure (internal or at

customer's);

• Very good command of English in terms of writing and speaking;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision;
• Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
• Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
• Proactive problem solver;
• A dynamic performer;
• Willing to learn;
• Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
