Under its TexCycle brand, the company offers a variety of recovery services and solutions, including clothing and footwear collection, sorting, repair, retail and recycling.

On the way to achieving this goal, our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Sales Back Оffice and Customer Service to join our team and to support us in building an effective sales & marketing workflow of our Wholesale.
Scope of the role
The main goal of the position is to support our Wholesale team to increase wholesales in worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Seeking to expand Company market presence with specific items and products, through proactive prospecting
- Managing a large amount of incoming inquiries by mail and phone (both national and international), generating sales leads
- Providing high quality tailor-made customer service offering customized solutions according to individual client needs
- Proactively searching for new clients in the available databases and in internet upon request by sales colleagues and management
- Providing necessary information to all external parties interested in our products. Tracks and manages the overall from-prospect-to-client communication
- Preparing price lists and keeps prices up-to-date in the stock program
- Preparing daily reports on documentation issued by Company Wholesale Units including promotions and discounts
- Responsible for the strict and correct maintaining and updating of information in the available databases
- Responsible for the technical preparation of all export requests, requests to the Central Warehouse and price offers to clients
- Maintaining continuous communication and successfully manages relationships with Company Wholesale Units, providing them with up-to-date price lists in a timely manner and collecting feedback on sales performance
- Managing and following-up complaints and feedback from internal and external clients
- Responsible for the strict maintenance of registers, reports and information databases in the Sales Department
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations including campaign setup, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with other key Departments to align CRM efforts with business goals
- Working in close contact with the Marketing Department in relation to online sales platforms, marketing campaigns and cross-team initiatives
- Preparing analyses of KPIs, sales results and performed activities in the Sales Department and proposes changes and improvements.
- Experience in similar positions requiring active interaction with internal and/or external clients
- Fluent In English both oral and in written, experience dealing with business correspondence in English on a daily basis
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Strong customer service skills via email, messenger platforms and by phone
- Client-centric and can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator, with strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Good organizational skills, prioritization skills and personal performance management
- Familiarity with market research techniques
- Willing to take responsibility
