It will still be a store filled with innovative technological solutions, but enhanced with a novel space for customers, where they will be able to experience our offerings firsthand. This way, our customer will benefit from a complementary service and convenience during their shopping experience, which will be completed by our team providing professional support.

Due to our dynamic expansion we will open our first store in Sofia, Ring Mall, so we are looking for DEPUTY STORE MANAGER
What will you be doing?
- Closely collaborating with the Store Manager to efficiently and effectively manage the store, including the sales floor and the warehouse.
- Supporting the Manager in team management, assisting with recruitment, coordinating tasks assigned by the Manager, and providing feedback.
- Analysing results and drawing insightful conclusions in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Ensuring adherence to established standards, including professional customer service and building a positive brand image.
- Assisting the Manager in identifying and resolving difficult situations within the team or with customers.
What do we expect from you?
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role within a store.
- Excellent organisation of both your work and that of the team, including effective prioritisation, task delegation, and good knowledge of store logistics operations.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback, handle difficult situations, motivate the team, and conduct recruitment.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw logical conclusions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and store/warehouse systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and adapt to change.
- Empathy and sensitivity while maintaining assertiveness and confidence.
