We’re Hiring: EE Junior Category Sales Manager

Location: Sofia City, Bulgaria

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and creating winning product strategies in the sports retail industry? We are looking for a Junior EE Category Sales Manager to join our team and learn how to take ownership of one of our key product categories (apparel, footwear, equipment, or accessories).

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how to develop and implement category sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to curate a customer-focused product assortment.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to optimise product mix and profitability.
• Taking part in promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure competitive pricing strategies and regular reviews.
• Partner with merchandising to deliver top-notch product presentation and customer experience.
• Work with inventory teams to optimise stock levels and minimise costs.
• Stay on top of customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and store management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales management (sports industry preferred) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and planning skills.
• Advanced English and MS Office skills.
• Driver’s license.
• A future leader with strong communication, organisational skills, and a drive for results.
