We’re Hiring: Cluster eCommerce Operations Team Lead

Location: Sofia City, Bulgaria

The Cluster eCommerce Operations Team Lead is responsible for the effective management and optimization of the EE Cluster eCommerce operations as a managed process and treated as a whole, but with active focus on improving order management as a process, returns and cancellations rates, confirmation and fulfilment rates, reports, specific KPIs and escalated responsibility and ownership of the results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop the operations team, monitor performance output and ensure alignment with company priorities
  • Own end-to-end e-commerce operational performance across 3 countries, ensuring stable execution of order processing, fulfillment, delivery, returns and refunds
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous optimization and standardization across markets, including by pointing out the reccuring problems
  • Ensure procedures are regularly updated, implemented and executed consistently across the cluster
  • Maintain full overview and resolution ownership of open issues and errors related to returns, cancellations and refund processing and manage the status of these issues
  • Weekly report on operational KPIs and suggest improvements to existing reports highlighting key points and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and verify sales and returns postings, coordinating with other cross-functional teams (i.e. ERP, developers, finance) to resolve discrepancies and identify root causes
  • Support the team as a lead, by testing new operational processes as required
  • Coach and support team members to communicate effectively with each other, promoting collaboration and improving inter-team communication and help the team adapt to the cluster structure and new processes, supporting change and improvements
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the direct manager and/or company management, in line with the role and competencies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years on similar position on any eCommerce Operations and Order management
  • Knowlege of Engilish
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Knowledge in managing ecommerce platforms (CMS) with specific focus on Order management.
