WE’RE HIRING: HR Business Partner

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in Sofia! In this role, you’ll provide strategic support to both retail and office employees, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes and initiatives aligned with company goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, offers)

· Supporting onboarding and the smooth integration of new team members

· Partner with managers to support the performance management process

· Coordinating training and development programs to boost employee skills

· Administering contracts, annexes, and employee benefits (including private health insurance)

· Ensuring compliance with labour law and internal HR policies

· Providing day-to-day support to employees and resolving HR-related issues

· Collaborating with external partners, legal firms, and government institutions

· Participating in local and international HR projects

We’re looking for someone with:

· University degree

· Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

· Advanced English proficiency

· Strong MS Office skills
