About the Role:

• Hybrid position based in Sofia with flexible remote work opportunities
• Support internal communications across multiple European locations
• Work alongside an international, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment
• Report directly to one of our Europe-based Communications Managers

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality content in English for various internal communication channels
• Develop compelling copy tailored to different audiences and communication platforms
• Support internal communication campaigns, change management initiatives, and employee engagement projects
• Manage and maintain key communication platforms, including our internal network, Cosmos
• Contribute to the company’s communication strategy and actively promote TELUS Digital’s culture and values
• Coordinate communication projects and support the organization of key events such as onsite and virtual Town Halls

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with strong attention to detail
• A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
• Passion for corporate communications and employee engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Fluency in English (additional language skills in German also a plus)
• Outstanding written communication skills with attention to detail
• Qualification in communications, marketing, PR, or comparable work experience
• Minimum two years' experience in similar roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Experience in internal communications strategy and program delivery
