We are on the hunt for a talented Business Data Analyst to join our client's amazing R&D team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in turning data into insights that drive impactful business outcomes. The success in this role requires true love for data, strong collaboration skills, a passion for data-driven problem solving, and a relentless curiosity to dig deep and uncover opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Compile ad-hoc reporting to communicate findings effectively through Excel Write SQL queries to extract data and troubleshoot data-related issues Perform deep-dive data analysis and support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and support new initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and prior experience as data analyst or similar role Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas Experience with SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic and proactive mindset
